I was asked to pay cash upon arrival, which was already unexpected, but the bigger issue was being refused service despite the business having availability. As an athlete who has dealt with multiple injuries over the years, I seek professional massage therapy when my body genuinely needs attention. If a business has availability but chooses not to service a potential client, that raises serious questions about the priorities and customer-service philosophy of the establishment. The interaction left me with the impression that the business is more focused on its own preferences than on serving the needs of its customers. When a potential client is willing to pay for an available service and is simply turned away, it is difficult to understand the purpose of operating a service-based business in the first place. I would strongly encourage potential customers to ask questions about the establishment’s policies before arriving and consider spending their money elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would be extremely cautious about recommending this business.
